Hands down the BEST PIZZA I'VE EVER HAD. I've been meaning to try this place out for months so I took the opportunity to do so while I was in the area yesterday... No Cap: Blue Square will ruin every other pizza place for you... You will question what you've been doing with your life, eating pizza from all those other spots. Nothing else comes close. If you live far or out of state, IT'S WORTH THE DRIVE. Congratulations to Troy and the Blue Square Team - you've built something tremendously special - I'll definitely be back (OFTEN)
The Detroit style Pepperoni, Burrata, Hot Honey pizza is the best around. Their dough is a sour dough and tastes amazing and is nice and crispy like a Detroit style pizza should be. They use only the best ingredients. I highly recommend this restaurant. When it’s busy pizza can take a long time to make and it’s a little pricey, but for me, paying a couple dollars more for a pizza of this quality is worth it. It costs more because the quality ingredients cost more.
I went to Blue Square today for the first time and will definitely be going back. I had the New York and Detroit styles and they were both excellent!! The staff is super friendly also. It was the best pizza I have ever had! The crust was nice and crispy, great sauce and plenty of toppings. Give it a try! You will be glad you did!!

I don’t get takeout pizza often. A friend and I tried the crispy sourdough NY style crust! Highly recommend The pizza maker himself came out to hand deliver our box with a smile and flour all over his apron. Such a great authentic experience! They have an organized electronic board with exact wait times for walk ins vs. online orders
The best pizza I’ve ever had! We just moved to the burbs from Back Bay and there is nothing like this in the city. 100/10 stars for this place 🤩 The Detroit style pizza was SO CRISPY and the vodka sauce was so flavorful and tied the dish together. We ordered two small pizzas for 2 people and only ate half of each.
Finally ordered from Blue Square, after months hearing about them. We started with a small detroit pepperoni and burrata and a small detroit bacon jam. Both were great! 1 small detroit pizza has 4 slices, enough for 2. We will be coming back to try others.
Lovely pizza. All the crusts are made from fresh sourdough and are made from scratch every morning. Tastes amazing the variety is amazing, any pizza are made in all three style - NY, Detroit and Chicago styles. The vodka sausage one is phenomal, highly recommended. The only thing is that it's quite oily compared to Neopolitan or Roman pizza style. However, still less oil than in Joey's pizza or any other main stream pizza in the country
6/21/26: Blue Square Pizza continues to impress and is easily one of my favorite pizza spots in the area. This visit we ordered the Mushroom Truffle and the NY Pepperoni, Burrata & Hot Honey pizzas, and both were excellent. The Mushroom Truffle had a rich, earthy flavor without being overwhelming. The truffle complemented the mushrooms perfectly, and the crust was crispy on the outside while staying light and airy inside. The standout for me was the NY Pepperoni, Burrata & Hot Honey. The pepperoni had a great crisp, the burrata added a creamy richness, and the hot honey tied everything together with just the right amount of sweetness and heat. Every bite had a great balance of flavors. One thing worth mentioning is that while the food has always been fantastic, the pickup time estimates can be pretty inaccurate. On previous visits I’ve arrived based on the quoted ready time only to end up waiting significantly longer. It hasn’t stopped me from coming back because the pizza is consistently worth it, but I’d recommend giving yourself a little extra time if you’re ordering for pickup. Overall, outstanding pizza, quality ingredients, and flavors that keep me coming back. Just don’t rely too heavily on the estimated pickup time. Highly recommended.
